Help with run up and plant

Lately ive been stuck at the same height. after watching some of my videos on coaches eye i realized that i plant on my right foot and collapse my arms/hand sliding down. well now that ive tried correcting my self it seems like my whole run up and plant seem off and not feel right so i need some help
