What Pole

Hi i am currently jumping on a 12'4" essx 127.6 pole and i jump 12'6" on it but i dont know if i should move up to a thirteen till i get a little more push or not i am only in the eight grade and my school coachs doesnt know much but i go to a college program at ORU coached by Joe Dials once a week on wensday but i dont know what i should do thanx for any help

where are your standards when you jumped 12-6? cause the deeper they are the more likely I personally would be to moving up a stick. if they are between 70-80 I would say try something stiffer, but if you were at like 55 or so then stay on the stick till you roll it over and get in deep

The ORU program has two great PV coaches of course Joe Dial and his assistant Dave Elliot. Both will guide you to the next pole properly.

We build the ESSX poles to work this way you must be on a pole 2 power numbers over your weight and have jumped over your hand hold by 6 to 12 inches then you move to the next length equal to or 1 power number over your weight. If you are not on a pole 2 power numbers over your weight you can move to the next power number same length and get more power in your push off.

Dave is my Favorite coach ever and hes one of my favorites i live about a block from him and me and his son are pretty good friends so we now each other pretty well
