pv trainer

are pv trainers very beneficial for getting the actual feel for vaulting? i'm considering making one but I'm not sure..
There really easy to make all u have to do is find a broken pole and cut it small enough then go buy the rest of the item and put it together
then it only cost like 40 buck instead of 240 bucks
