I just got back from Reno, and when i was there i listened to Petrov speek. i am now really inteterested in the free takeoff. i was wondering if anyone knew were i could get a copy of “Pole Vaulting Techniqueâ€Â

what is the free takeoff?

taking off a little out so that when you take off the ground once your feet are off the ground the pole hits the back of the box. at least thats what i think it is.
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can

ohh ya ok. well if you dont wuss out then those vaults are usually the best

For anyone that went to reno there was this australian guy who spoke about it. It made a lot of sence he wrote a book about it, from beginning to Bubka.
