hey, i don't know about everyone else but I do this three step pop up type drill. Instead of the rockback drill for pop ups, i just try to stay tall with both arms straight and ride the pole onto the mats, my grip is low enough so it isn't really a struggle and the pole wont bend or anything but you will get used to keeping your arms straight, also just basic wall plants or plants in the box should help.

I think those are good drills, but not necessarily for straight arms. for the feeling of both arms straight up, do popup drills, but stay long with a big split, with hands right next to each other. for big bottom arm, i like sliding boxes, good for the initial feeling of the plant, work on lookin up, keepin arms straight above you.....other ideas?
