http://www.advantageathletics.com/polev ... kback.html

that page has exercises that will help you develop the strength to get up side down.

the more time you spend developing the strength to do the move the easier it will be able to do when you vault.

can you get upside down on popups? if not, i dunno......but if you can get upside down on popups, then try lookin back at the runway upside down. when thats comnfortable, try lookin al the way upside down at the box (kinda scary) from there, once thats comfortable do a realy fast popup, gettin inverted, put some down pressure, then just let go! not sure how safe this is though, i probly qouldnt rcommend doin it for safety's sake, its just how i learned to do it.

Why would you want to let go when you are upside down on a pop up? Only reason I can think of is if you are trying to do a back flip...

DON'T let go when you are upside down. That's a BAD idea
