Hi... I am from a no-name school in the pole vault in CA, and I have been getting horribly frustrated the past few weeks because my coach knows NOTHING about the vault, and I am no longer progressing. His workouts are for ALL jumpers (high, long, triple, and pole vault) but I think that the workouts should be for specific events... especially since the pole vault is so technical. I was wondering if there are any coaches or athletes that would be willing to e-mail me their workouts... I'm sick to death of doing the same thing over and over and over again. I have tried talking to my coach... but to no avail.

If anyone could help me out in the least, I would appreciate it so much.
