I can really use some help

Right now, I am consistently vaulting over 10 feet but I have cleared 10'6" one but it was a lucky vault. Before, I was using a UCS Spirit 13 foot 140 pole, holding about a foot down, but I overbent it once and my coach had me move up to a UCS Spirit 13'7" 145 pole, which is REALLLLLY stiff compared to my other pole. ON this one, i can only get like a quiver bend. This is really throwing me off. I know that in order to get higher, I need to get on this pole since the 140 pole will just not give me strong recoil i need after i bend it, but me not being able to bend the 145 pole alot is making me lose my confidence and alot of times, I flail out at the top of my vault because I give up during my jump. So I was wondering what kinds of things I can do in order to get used to this pole, bend it, and clear at least 10'6" for my last meet of the season in just 7 days. Thanks.. Also, I mentioned this in another thread but the concept of swinging my legs behind my head is hard for me. I think all I need for that is to think of it in another way. Like someone told me to pretend there is a hoop at the top of the pole that you have to go through, but it didn't work for me that well... Thanks again..
