The school i go to which is about an hour south of st.louis missouri.we haven't had a coach for the past 3 years in vaulting so that is a big disadvantage to our team.last year in 8th grade i was tied for 2nd in our conference.my pr is 6'6" in a meet and i really would like to get better. Does anyone have any good tips for me or drills i can do to help me out?
