Help transitioning to a longer pole

I am a highschool sophmore jumping 10 6 almost 11 on a 12 foot pole and my school purchased me a 13 foot pole and i was looking for advice on how to transition to that pole .

Use the search button. There must literally be dozens of topics on almost identical situations. The advice for changing up poles is the same for every level of vaulter.
