Drills you can do at home?

Unread postby beastlyvaulter708 » Thu Aug 07, 2003 3:05 pm

I was wondering if any one had any suggestions about drills you could do at home. I have no place to practice (they took down the pits at the high school for football) and I wondering if someone had any ideas. :D besides slide box in the grass.

well, if you're a beginner vaulter, you can do like 2 step plants on the ground gripping low, concentrating on the timing of the vault, and the knee drive. sounds easy but it will really help.

build a high bar in the back yard and do bar drills, until your hands are bloody... then do some more.
