step counting during run up.

i couldnt imagine counting man, adhd, the time i get down the run way i will have probably forget what im doing. I do do the "plant drive swing" on the other hand or the famous "run like F*** swing and tuck" method lol. to be honest any method is valuable, but remember all that running doesnt count for anything if you dont get your plant out.
