Looking @ the bar

I think once you are off the ground you should find your feet at the top of the pole. This gets your head up and finding your feet will help you line up and invert. We use the phrase see the feet and shoot the hoop. The hoop is an imaginary circle above the top of the pole. This way our feet don't fall towards the bar and we then turn tight to the pole. Hope this helps :)

Thanks for all the advise. I get to vault tomorrow so hopefully I'll get to try all these things out.

one more...if you want somethin to focus on look at the top hand as you invert, sometimes it helps me relate to the pole when im "vaultin at" the bar...
