u can def. still vault outside (but prolly can only do drills close to the ground). i'm still vaulting outside even if its 30 degrees and i'm not going to wait till spring to practice or have to wait hours to go to a vaulting clinic. but with vaulting outside, just got to be sensible and careful.

heh theres this indoor place we go to that has no heat at all adn its pretty much the same as outside, just no wind.. the vaulters all jumped around w hat they usually would in a meet.. it was prob like between 30-40 degrees in there.. i remember when i took all my warmups off for the race i was in i like froze heh.
i run, therefore im buff.
