Anyone know any drills that will help you stay in tighter with the pole? Like getting the Right hand where it needs to be!!

if you can get your hands on a climbing rope, try swinging on the rop to an inverted position and staying there. Just like your vaulting.

If you get on a climbing rope and get your feet up to the rope, then drop your butt and (very quickly) throw it up along the rope and pull as hard as you can, let go of the rope and try to grab the rope again as high up it as possible. Mack goes about 3' doing this little confidence builder.... :dazed:
