DEVELOPING A BETTER SWING? :idea:
If you are just a beginning vaulter or you are a gold medalist.

To maintain and develop a better swing;
1. Grab the biggest pole you have in the storage shed!
2. Hold low on it about 2-3 feet lower than normal grip
3. Take a shorter run to get more jumps in
4. Jump with the now very stiff pole to get your hips up
5. If pole bends lower grip more
6. Use metal/stiff pole techniques to blend the two pendulums together
7. Take several well executed jumps then go back your normal training size pole

You will experience a much longer swing now that blends with the bending of the pole and still utilizes the double pendulum swing needed to jump over your handgrip
