Advice needed
i know theres a bunch of great coaches on this board, so im looking for a little help if possible.. what i need help with is kind of hard to explain, but in short, somehow im doing something kinda weird with my bottom arm and really bad at the top of my vault, and me and the guys who coach me cant figure out how the heck to fix it, or what im doing wrong. If anyone thinks they might be able to try and help a bit, please PM me and ill explain it more and send a video of my vault to show what im talking about.
