No elite vaulter locks out their arm even though I thought they did a long time (and it might look like it). Both hands should be over the head and you want your left hand above your head. This allows you to get deep into the pocket without losing your hips. When you lock your elbow the elbow is pointing toward the pit instead of beiong pointed "out" to the side like Olson was good at doing. What do you guys think of this? right wrong im stupid???
