i jumped 15'4 after long jumping 20'10" and running the hurdles

i increased my pr by a foot and a half going 12'3''. And took 5th at my county meet.

3 meets ago my PR was 9 feet, 2 meets ago i started bending the pole and got 10'6, last meet i started throwing my head back and got 11'6, im gettin 12 feet in practice now. 2 and a half feet in 3 meets, and we have 3 meets left. so i should get 14 feet by the end of the year (i wish) =). that would beat our school record that was set back in the 70s.
