I have quoted (tried to quote) this article several times. If you want to know the importance of speed, the theoretical highest ht you can jump at a given speed AND how to determine your speed with a normal VCR.............check it out.

ALL ARE DOING FINE, I MISS OUR DAILY TALKS. STEVIE IS DOING GREAT AT UW. WE MIGHT HAVE ANOTHER COW POLE VAULTER AT
