03/04 Winter Weekend Clinic Schedule @ Sunburst Gymnastics Facility

Each clinic is limited to 15 participants. Preregistration is required. We will accept the first 15 entrants only because of space limitations.

If space permits multiple Sat./Sunday Training sessions could be available. Call for openings

Check-ins are on the Sat morning of, Clinic preregistration is required.

1:00 - 1:30 Running Form Warm-ups
1:30 - 2:00 Drill Sequences
2:00 - 4:00 Pit time (3 stride approach work)
4:00 - 5:00 Break for dinner
5:00 - 5:30 Stretching Techniques
5:30 - 8:00 Pit time (6 stride approach work)

9 - 12 pm Sunday
9:00 - 10:00 Warmups
10:00 - 11:30 Pit time (6 stride approach work for height)
11:30 - 12:00 Summary
