Paul Wilson's Vertical Vault Club usually has an indoor session beginning around Thanksgiving. He is in Salem, Oregon and the vaulting has been done in the past at Stayton HS, a few miles SE of Salem.

I usually post the info on the Vertical Vault Club web pages as soon as he sends it out.
