Friday June 24th

· 09:00-09:15 Camp Check in

· 09:15-10:00 Introduction Lecture: Objectives, Safety, Rules, Ref Numbers and Adjustments, Steps, Grip

· 10:00-11:00 Physical Assessments (Speed, Vertical, Flexibility, Strength, Body Composition, Cardio-Vascular Tests)

· 11:00-12:30 Pole Vault Technique (The Approach, Plant, Take-off)

· 12:30-13:15 Lunch Break

· 13:15-15:00 Pole Vault Technique/ Video Analysis (Inversion, Push-off)



Saturday June 25th

·         09:00-09:30 Lecture: Standards Placement, Pole Selection

·         09:30-12:00 Pole Vault Technique/ Video Analysis

·         12:00-13:00 Lunch

·         13:00-15:00 PR Meet



Things to Bring

·         Poles- Bring your own if you can. We have a wide variety of poles but may not have the pole you need. Contact us if you have any questions or if you want to check to see if we have a pole for you.

·         Work out Gear - (Spikes ?‰)

·         Lunch (Drinks will be Provided)

·         Camp Payment
