I live in Green Bay, and I was hoping
to get into some good camps this
summer. I am out for this years
track season, after a hurt hip, so I
really want to practice this summer.
Does anyone no of any?

Yeah, definately Bell Athletics is a great one, i'm sure!! If you have the means do go....but if you're poor, don't have anyway to get there, and have a busy schedule like me. Then stick with the local pv camps then.
Seeing that you're from Wisconsin, you could always try out Jan's Sky Jumpers Camp in Steven's Point I went and it was certainly educational..., also there is a women's pole vault clinic there as well, but i don't know the details about that one, my coach was telling me about it...
I'm registering for a camp next week called Pacer, but its here in Illinois, out in Naperville, its kinda spread out over a month and i don't know if you'd like to travel out here twice a week for a month...

I'm hoping to stay as close to Green Bay as possible, because during the summer I compete in horse shows all over, so the less time away from that, the better. I'm willing to give up some shows for vaulting (if my parents let me), but it would be nice to stay in wisconsin atleast.

Kevin Hanson runs camps in Eastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Depending on interest I believe he'll even come to you and put one on where you are but I'm not totally sure about that. E-mail him at khanson@stcloudstate.edu and find out when and where his clinics are. Later............Mike
