Numbers are limited. Camps will be indoors in Knoxvillle, TN.

Be prepared to transform your mind and body in this two-day camp. You will undergo running tech drills, how you should run and drop the pole, how you should plant efficiently, and what to do when you are off the ground. We will also have "special needs" vaulting sessions to work on your specific needs. I will also take you through the same mental training exercises that I did leading up to the Olympic Games. I am really excited for these camps and looking forward to working with you.

I did thousands and thousands of drills the years leading up to winning Olympic Gold. You cannot underestimate the power of doing drills daily on your own. Even if you don't think they are perfect, just making the effort will build confidence and improve technique!
