Capital will play host to a one-day track and field clinic from 1-5 p.m. Jan. 25 aimed at introducing young athletes to the concepts used in the training of university track and field athletes. Events that will be covered include sprints, hurdles, throws, pole vault, long jump, triple jump and high jump.
