Vetere, Andover have nice Holiday

Andover athletes assaulted the MSTCA Holiday Invitational Meet record book.

Mark Vetere bumped up the pole vault mark by a whopping 3 1/2 feet with an outstanding 15-6 leap. Beating his nearest opponent by 18 inches, Vetere topped his personal best by nine inches and came within two inches of the area standard (Jake Radzevich of Pinkerton 15-8 in 2002, a New England record at the time).
