Due to today's severe winter storm, I am canceling today's pole vault groups. I will try to reschedule. I'll let you know.

I'm going to try to have all group sessions today. So far they have been doing a good job of plowing the roads around here.

Be careful on the surface outside of the gym. I slipped and dislocated my shoulder on Thursday. It was icy.

I'll post again later today if anything changes.
