Hello Everybody,

It's nearly 9:00 am. I'm planning to hold today's group sessions: 11:30-1:00; 1:00-2:30; and 2:30-4:00. I'll probably go to the gym relatively early. If you are traveling from a great distance, please use your own judgment about road conditions. You need to decide whether it's reasonable for you to try to come, I can't make that decision for you.
