Why are there no street vault/ beach vaults near me?

Why are there no street vault/ beach vaults near me?

I live in md and the closest beach/street event is 600 miles away and that is Indiana and South Carolina.

There is probably someone that is farther but cumon there is major cities all around me

D.C.
Pittsburg
Phily
Cincinatti
New York
Boston
Cleaveland

Then you go to N. Car. Beaches, Atlantic City Beaches, and Virg. Beach for the beach vaults.

There's usually a "beach vault" sponsored by HIP Athletics that is in New Jersey. It's not actually on a beach (it is in a stadium) but it is near a beach.

yah, that's only 180 miles away, but traffic will make it 5-6 hours

Maryland is so aweful for vaulting! There aren't any clubs, clinics, or competitions within a short distance, not that I know of anyway... :(
