Hey Maryland vaulters!

Hi, I vault in MD and I'm looking to find a place to practice over the summer. I am a sophmore with a PR of 9'0, I am aware that it is a horrible height. My school has pole vault equipment but I rarely practice because we do not keep the pits out because the track is in an open area with no fencing. I may get to vault once a week in outdoor with two back pits out, and no standards. I think in indoor I practiced less than 10 times. I have made my progression through strength training and plant boxes.

I will be attending skyjumpers in July but I am in desperate need of a place to consistently practice this summer, I am to be the only pole vaulter on my team next year because our top 14'7 vaulter is off to college. Please let me know!

We have a club in Delaware down by the DE beaches. Not sure where you are located in MD but we'll be having practices about 3 times a week over the summer and maybe a meet or two if we get enough interest.
