No Limits vault clinic @ William and Mary
The pole vault Clinic will be held on Sunday Nov. the 13th. The activities will include gymnastics, video, and vaulting. Ages 12 and up and coaches wanting to learn how to coach the vault are welcome are welcome. You will need to register by Nov. 8th. You will need to call for late registration. Instructors Include: Kyle Bishop (Atlee and VCU vault coach, Bobby Wilson(W&M Sprints and Jumps coach), and Bob Dissee(Godwin vault coach). We will meet at the William and Mary Hall, located at: 1 Campus Dr. Williamsburg, VA 23187
Sunday, November 13th
9:30am – 10am Registration
10am – 10:45am Vault Training Theory / Video Session
10:50am - 12pm Learn by doing – Gymnastics Session
12pm – 1pm Lunch / Councilors vault
1pm – 4pm Learn by doing – Vault Session
4pm – 5pm Video Session
We will break down the vault and use simple progressions that will help you become a better vaulter. You will be doing a lot of vault specific and imitative drills. So make sure you get a couple weeks of running and lifting. Showers are available if you would like to use them before you travel back home. There will be Insurance Coverage on every athlete and councilor at the camp provided by “The Camp Team.â€Â

bump for bobby. he is a great guy and im sure his clinic will be a blast. i was actually gonna go help him out but its on a sunday and we have practice. bobby works with jan johnson and skyjumpers in the summer, hes been workin with jan for 8 or 9 years now. im sure the clinic will be based off of the skyjumpers system so its a great opportunity to get a little work in.
