I learn alot better watching right handed that left handed, even though i am left handed. I vault lefty, but it is weird to see others vault lefty
i think before my days are done.

I try my best to convert my language from righty to lefty while I coach. Most of the time the lefties that I coach find that they have to reverse everything I say because I forget to.

European record

Unread postby joanplanas » Fri Oct 29, 2004 8:31 am

I think the European left handed record is from Javier Garcia Chico (Spain) with 5'77m.

I'm right handed and I encounter no problem in trainning left handed people, I change my words automagically :P

I'm left handed, but jumped right handed all of my life. It makes no difference. Rainbowgirl is correct, it has more to do with your dominant foot, than which hand you write with. I managed to skim over 5.50 a few times in my jumping career; but who knows, maybe it would have been 5.80 if I learned left handed? Just kidding!
