Morris out, so we are now going to 4.35. A completely ridiculous height, I can't believe they are going in 5cm increments already. We'll have to see who passes. Hutson and Janson slated to enter at this height.

Janson starts things out at 4.35 with a clearance.

What's with not showing any of the vault on the webcast? Is it going to be on TV later today or something? Great coverage of the men's HJ.

Sources tell me Janson looked really good at her 4.35 clearance.

Hutson clears on her first attempt as well.

HUGE cheer from the crowd... I am guessing Gergel just made the bar.

I doubt they will show more than a jump or two on TV.

I was right, Gergel made 4.35 on her first, moving her into 3rd place. Wright misses her first attempt, she is the only athlete still jumping at this height.

Wright goes out and the bar goes to 4.40. I imagine Hutson and Janson will pass?

OK I was right... we have passes from Suhr, Hutson and Janson.

Saxer clears 4.40 on her first attempt to move back into the lead.

They finally showed a jump. Mary had a bunch of height over the bar at 440.

Holliday also misses.

The webcast actually showed a vault!! Gergel clears 4.40 on her first attempt. She made it clean too. That moves her into second.
