I don't think PB is the way they pick them. Maybe they look at the previous year's best performances, where did he rank in 2008? I could imagine they go down the previous year's best performance list, maybe try for a few from the world list, and round it out with the US list, and maybe a NY vaulter got a little extra preference (but maybe he didn't even need it).

Quiller is the man. Leave him alone. I saw him blowing up bars in Colorado this summer. The guy is legit, I'd put him in any meet and count on a good performance. I can't believe this turned into a 3 page thread.
