Due to an ever increasing demand for a reason to pack
our poles and spend this weeks paycheck on gas, the
board of directors at the McFarling Athletic Training
facility have voted on a date and time for the

3rd Sometimes Annual McFarling Jump-off

Saturday, May 27

Below 12' start at 2pm runway open at 1pm

Above 12" start immediately after

There will be awards to top 3 performances.
Awards presentation will follow conclusion of meet and
will be presented by the current Miss America. Should
,for whatever reason, she not be able to attend,
someone else will be available to hand you your award

An age handicap such as the one used at the Klein meet
will be utilized so that all vaulters will be
competing against each other.

There will be a $5 entry fee to help offset award
cost.

As an added value for your dollar, THERE WILL BE 4
ATTEMPTS ALLOWED AT EACH HEIGHT

Music will be supplied but rap will not be permitted.

The runway is 1% downhill board and approximately 105
feet long, if you need more please let me know and I
will try to accommodate. Bring your big pole Don.

Directions: Off Hwy 6 south of College Station, exit
Greens Prairie Rd.(water tower) If coming from
Houston, turn left under overpass and head south on
feeder. Turn into Nantucket Subdivision app 1mile
down feeder. Turn right on Midsummer ( forth street
on right) Pit is next to 3rd house on right.

Bring chairs, drinks, and cheerleaders.

If you feel you are going to make it, please let me
know so we will have an idea. I will post a list on
Friday of those coming.

If you know of a vaulter that would like to come let
them know.
