Hello. Is there any vaulting going on over the next few days in Houston? I am down here for a job interview and have some free time.

If anyone in the Houston area is looking for practice for the upcoming season. RICE UNIVERSITY POLE VAULT will have practice sessions in the evenings on mondays and thursdays at the Rice University Track. Cost is 30.00 per athlete. Poles are provided if needed. Ha. Thanks. I went by Rice today and watched from the baseball bleechers while reading. It was a good pracice from what I saw. I was there from 3-5. Was Harvard there or something? I saw a lot of athletes with their shirts on. My flight leaves Wednesday night though sadly or I would come watch or even vault...Keep up the good work.

Yes, Harvard was there, they are in town for ten days to train over their spring break and compete at a couple of meets including the Victor Lopez Bayou Classic on Sat; as they have done for a number of years now You where there for the Rice practice and the start of the Harvard practice.

Cool. Yea, it sure is fun watching pole vault. I felt like an explorer findig the track. I think I went all over campus finding it. Well good luck to you and your teammates. Next time I am down here (or if I get that job) i'll let you know.
