Question for 1A & 2A pole vaulters

Please tell me what your fascination is with full-body under armor worn with oversized basketball shorts that hang to the middle of your calf and a track singlet. I don't understand. This phenomena appears to only occur at the 1A & 2A level.

Yes it is, but it never fails that at least 2 out of each of the 1A & 2A State Meet fields is decked out in black full-body under armor underneath their uniform. I just don't understand.

idk i hate it, my friend always wears his stupid under armour skull cap, long sleeves, and tights even when it like 100 out side lol, i wear all of my clothes tight, i cant stand baggy jeans, shorts, etc.. i guess they think it looks cool or something. I wear tights only if it is real cold just to keep my legs warmed up and that is it. It is probably just to look cool, but i bet they could perform better without it.

i see it all the time at the 5A and 4A regular season meets too. its too hot for me and kinda disturbing

i'm a 1a vauler and see the same stuff i only wear the jersey and shorts. i guess it only happens on the lower level schools because they can't afford actual vault coaches so the "track" coaches(football, basketball, cross country) don't know whats goin on but thats my opinion.
