stanford invite question

what are the qualifying marks for high school girls to get into the meet, and when do you have to get that mark and sign up by?

The HS field is limited to the Top 20 entries, verification of entry is by caltrack.com/prep basically, you have to appear on their best marks page according to the entry instructions.
The opening heights are as follows:
HS Boys Invite: 12'6"
HS Girls Invite: 10'0"
HS Boys "B" Section: 12'0"
HS Girls "B" Section: 9'0"
Deadline for entries is 7:00 pm March 12th.
