Welcome to Tri-Valley Vault Athletics
This web site is the home of the Tri-Valley Vault Club (USATF Number 212), located in
Livermore, California - about 45 miles east of San Francisco.

Tri-Valley Vault Athletics was founded in 1999 as a small local club to
support and promote pole vaulting in the Tri-Valley.
Since its initial inception as a dedicated pole vault club, we have incorporated in the state of
California, applied for and been granted non profit status with both the federal and state agencies
and are now an officially recognized 501(C)3 Public Charity.
We are members in good standing with the USATF.
The organization is open to all ages.
Club trains and competes year round but minimizes activities during the normal high school track season.

PRACTICE TIME CHANGE: Tues. October 31 only we practice will start at 3:30pm.

We condition as a team Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 pm at GHS. Remember the more you do now, the easier the track season is! Conditioning and strength training in the Fall leads to more success in the Spring!

Due to the expected time constraints we will have during the upcoming track season in regard to pulling the pit and actually getting vault time, we will try to hold more vault sessions during the next two months. We will publish the dates and times here, so keep checking back.

We have added Adult (over 18 and out of high school) vaulting on Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm till whenever. Please check here and/or the calendar for last minute changes and cancellations.
If you are interested, or know of adults interested in learning to vault please contact Coach Jim.

We are putting together another Winter Clinic. This is still in the planning stage, but we hope to provide 3-4 elite vaulters this year (male and female). So stay tuned.

We will be starting a personal coaching program for a fee. This is in the works, but if you are interested in signing up for private coaching sessions, please let either Coach Doggett know. We can give you the particulars at that time.

2007 Pole Vault Summit Dates have been announced! January 19 & 20th at the Reno Hilton.
We currently have 33 athletes and parents attending. We will hold an organizational meeting someime in December or early January to go over trip details.
