Beach Vault!!!

Hey- We have to put on a beach vault this summer somewhere! Why have we gotten away from that??? That could possibly be one of the coolest things ever. Hunnington Beach near the pier is the perfect place...let's get it going!

..Hey, does anyone know if the beaches of Lake Michigan, in Chicago, are worth "beach vaulting" on?! I would so love to do it, even though it just a lake :D :yes:

There was a beach vault in Jersey last year, but it ended up raining so it happened indoors.

beach vaulting would be awesome......do ya have to get like a permit though? or something fancy to set it all up? seems awesome :yes: but complicated.

I am pretty sure vaulting on the beach near Lake Michigan (Oak Street Beach) or somewhere near there would be tough with all of the glass and needles in the sand...I would love a beach vault in Chicago though...

July 15-16 Grand Haven, Michigan Beach Vault

The Beach Vault in Grand Haven is definitely the place to go. Beautiful beach, great weather, fun times. Last year they ran with 2 pits, don't quote me on the #'s but around 100-150 vaulters... Lots of people from all over the midwest will be there. All ages from grade school on up to us old timers.

yeah, we all know about vaulting at Lake Michigan in Michigan, but what about Lake Michigan in chicago? Could it be done possibly??? O:-)
