Can you just come and watch (free?) and jog around or is it more formal in nature? Do all events warm up together for half an hour and then split up to their specialized events, or do the vaulters just stand in line and jump all night? Other drills areas available: plant boxes, plyo drills, rope pulley...etc with Licari or other assistants present to advise?

Thanks.

It is very casual and all the events are seperated and do their own thing. anyone can come and watch and the line is long but they tend to split up beginners and experianced with drills and vaulting. It is really fun and totally worth it this will be my third year. Pat is a great coach
