WSTC Affiliate in Olympia...

Hey all,
Close to Olympia? The Gymnastics Elite Club has teamed up with the WSTC to create a new Pole Vault Training Facility. They are up and running right now! Pole Vault Training with a WSTC Trained coach, gymnastics equipment for that specialized training you need and a conditioning program during the non Jumping days (the same we use in Oregon City!). Contact Kitty at 360-956-1319 for times and schedules. Spaces filling up fast.
Who's gonna be the state champ this year? Seattle....or Olympia?

Gymnastics Elite which is located in Tumwater, Washington now has an indoor pole vaulting facility. In order for our interested young athlete's to develop, such a facility was necessary. Gymnastics Elite supports a full gymnastics training facility which allows for use of equipment within our vaulting program as bars, rings, ropes, trampolines and spring floor. Our main landing area is approximately 28ft. by 25ft. and supports a 90 foot runway. A secondary runway and vaulting box is also available for those just starting out. We are hoping the next six months will prove that the area can support such a facility. Our web site is not up yet but should be available for viewing shortly.

Open Pole Vaulting is Friday evening with technique classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

Our training program is under the direction of Rick Baggett who is a USA Senior Coach from Willamette Striders Track Club.
