altius camp?

i went to the altius camp at lakeside high school last weekend.
it was incredible.
just what i needed to jump right into track season.
were any of you there?
if so..
did i see you?
what did you get out of it?
what did you think of the coaches.
it was an awesome camp and i am excited to do more.
