Lara Jones, Lakeside girls track and field
Jones, a senior, cleared an impressive 12-4, a personal record, to win the pole vault in a tri-meet against with Bishop Blanchet and Seattle Prep. She placed second at the Class 3A state meet last year by clearing 11-9.
