I'll try and keep this updated as to when I am having practices.

Clinics will be at King's High School through July 2nd. After that I am not sure if we will still be able to go there due to track resurfacing.

Directions to the track: http://www.polevaultpower.com/decathlon/directions.html

All vaulters need a 2007 USA Track and Field membership. This can be purchased online at https://www.usatf.org/membership/
Please enter club number 116 for Club Northwest and email me your membership number when you get it.
This membership is also necessary for Junior Olympics and the Beach Vaults, so sign up today.

If you practice with me for more than a month, I would like you to join Club Northwest as well. http://www.clubnorthwest.org/CNW/Join/t ... fault.aspx
This will get you a cool t-shirt, a discount at the all-comers meets, a subscription to NW Runner, and more!

Practices are $15 each. Dates will be listed below.

Coach Rod Wilcox is at the track every day from 3-5. Everyone is invited to come out and workout with him on non-vaulting days to improve your speed, strength and conditioning.
