New world record for Larissa Lowe

Outdoor record now equals indoor.
Larissa Lowe has opened her 2004 outdoor season in the best possible
way, taking first place at the Southern League match at Kingston-
upon-Thames near London in England.
More importantly, Larissa matched the height she jumped at the World
Indoor Masters in Sindelfingen, which sets a new World Masters
Record for the over 40 age group of 3.60m/11' 9 3/4".
"I am really happy with this jump, as it is better than I managed in
the whole of 2003, and I am aiming to jump a UK nationals qualifying
height (3.70m) as soon as possible so I can concentrate on the
Olympic trials.", said Larissa after the competition.
