Masters beginner learning PV for decathlon - SE Michigan

Hello everyone,
I'm a 37 year old Masters track athlete who has never pole vaulted. Out of a desire to do a couple decathlons next summer, and the requirements of USATF rule 200.8 (basically you can't just take a zero in an event)... I'm looking to try and learn to vault at at least a minimal level.
At least enough that I can get my zero points the old fashioned way - by getting zero height - and without seriously injuring myself.
All the other events I'm passably competent in. For a note - decathlon folks in my age group seem to be vaulting in the 2-3m range.
The big issue is - I really have no access to anyone who knows anything about vaulting, I really don't have access to any place to vault, etc., etc., etc.
So, suggestions? Clinics or coaches open to 37 year old rank beginners in Michigan?
Thanks much everyone,
