For all you guys in British Columbia or close to BC (WA, OR) here are few competitions this spring/summer:
May 21-23, BC Masters T&F Championship, Nanaimo, BC
July 17-19, Canadian Masters Track & Field Champs Kamloops, BC
Sept 16-19 BC Seniors Games Richmond, BC

I would try to compete in first two. For Seniors Games I am still too young.

Masters are encouraged to come compete at the Club Northwest Spring Break Open in Seattle on March 28. It will be the same place we have the Masters Combined Event Championships in August.
