This is a real shame. I had my first opportunity to vault at the Hayward Classic last summer and had a great time. It was the best meet of the year to invite friends and family to attend with the grandstands right in front of the pits. I am curious why, since the Hayward Classic was held in August, would it conflict with the other major meets which I assume would be held earlier in the year?
With the elimination of the HC, what meet will serve as the Oregon Assn. Outdoor Championships? I still have yet to see a schedule of Masters/Open meets for 2009 anywhere. Any info would be appreciated!
